Confessions of an Economic Hitman

Former economic hitman John Perkins is the author of the book Confessions of an Economic Hitman, a book that blew the lid off of all concepts that the American government represents the good guys. Perkins explains how in the name of aid the American government has been the agent of the international bankers to screw every last dime out of the people in the souther hemisphere of the world. Well, that has been over the past several decades. Now the same game is being played in the so-called first world countries of Europe and America. Perhaps you are feeling the result of this yourself by now.  This video is in three parts.

Perkins describes here and in his book how he set up countries to become victims of unrepayable debt so that their people could be exploited mercilessly. Doing this gave John a guilty conscience which he has tried to relieve by writing this expose and speaking the truth to the public. His story, along with Michel Chossudovsky’s and Naomi Klein’s tell us how modern economics works, and why the world is always in such a sorry state of affairs. Perkins’ book is small and a quick, but entertaining read, but the essential features are covered in this presentation.
